> Reliable Diligence is an Australian-based independent advisory firm providing software, cloud and AI due diligence, consulting and coaching. We connect technical reality with commercial opportunity for buyers, sellers and technology leaders.

Reliable Diligence is led by two senior principals: Tim Van Ash, operating executive and technology advisor with 30+ years building and scaling enterprise software businesses, and Eugene Dozortsev, PhD, executive technology advisor for data, analytics and AI with decades of experience leading global technology teams at Telstra, Toll Group, Tabcorp and The Lottery Corporation.

Engagements are scoped individually (Red Flag, Standard and Deep Dive styles of review) and priced on enquiry; engagement briefs can be prepared on the site and downloaded. The site does not claim any client endorsement or partnership.
