Our commitment
Reliable Diligence is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disability. We believe good advice should be easy to reach, and we are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of the site.
Accessibility standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the internationally recognised standard referenced under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). These guidelines help make content:
- Perceivable — information is presented in ways everyone can perceive;
- Operable — navigation and controls can be used with a keyboard and other inputs;
- Understandable — content and behaviour are clear and predictable;
- Robust — the site works with current browsers and assistive technologies.
Scope
This statement applies to reliablediligence.com.au, including the website assistant, the advisory tools and the downloadable PDFs.

- A logical heading structure and semantic page regions on every page;
- Consistent header and footer navigation across the site.
Forms
- Visible labels for every form field, with clear instructions;
- Errors and confirmations announced to screen readers;
- Automatically drafted content (such as your company description) is always editable before you submit.
Visual design
