These Terms of Use (Terms) apply to your use of the Reliable Diligence website, including the website assistant, the advisory tools and any downloadable materials (together, the Site). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our disclosures
Please read these Terms carefully. We draw your attention to:
- our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information;
- clause 3, which explains that AI-generated content is indicative only and is not advice;
- clause 7, which limits our liability to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about our independent software, cloud and AI due diligence, advisory and coaching services. It does not form an offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed with you, which prevails over these Terms.
2. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or using an advisory tool does not create an engagement or a client relationship. We may decline an enquiry at our discretion, for example where a conflict of interest exists.
3. AI assistant and advisory tools
The assistant, the due diligence checklist, the AI disruption and impact assessment, and automatically drafted company descriptions are generated with AI from the information you provide. They are general, indicative guidance only — not legal, financial, tax, investment or technical advice — and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should not rely on them for any transaction or decision without an independent review. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and must not submit confidential information you are not authorised to share.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any person's rights;
- attempt to interfere with, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
- use automated tools, bots or scripts to access, scrape or submit content to the Site, or use its content or outputs to train or benchmark AI models; or
- submit false, misleading, offensive or malicious content.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, the service datasheet and the structure of our reports, are owned by Tim Van Ash and Eugene Dozortsev, who trade as Reliable Diligence. You may view, download and share our materials for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our services, provided you do not modify them or remove attribution. Reports generated for you may be used within your organisation.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its AI-generated content, including indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant content.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
